    What types of organizations can license Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

    At this time, only High Schools and Secondary Schools worldwide. Until further notice, no other school grades, organization types and/or independent productions that wish to use high school students are permitted to license the show.

    Illusions, Scenic Design, Costume, and Lighting Guides and House Banners will be delivered digitally for download. Official Poster and Show Artwork will be delivered digitally by our partners. Sound Effects will be delivered by our partners at ROCS (Right On Cue Services). Director's Guide will be shipped from our warehouse. Cast and Crew T-Shirts will be delivered by our preferred vendor, Slant. Please allow 3 weeks (15 business days) for processing and delivery.

    Yes. A required production package will be provided with your license. The production package will ship to your school. The production package will include: Acting Editions, Director Scripts, Stage Manager scripts, required music, and a media kit (social media + press release templates).

    In order to put arts education and our future theatre makers first (the students!), Broadway Licensing Global and its partners have made a strategic decision to open opportunities for schools to have the first crack at this global phenomenon.
    The upcoming national tour of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will have no impact on your school's ability to produce the show. We encourage schools to see the touring production when it is in your area.

    The High School Edition is being written so that any school can produce the show with success.     In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child there are 16 roles for men, 14 roles for women, and 4 where the gender is not specified. Any active high school student can be cast in any role so long as the role stays as written.
    We request that you restrict promotion to your local community. You will receive a brand guide as part of your licensing agreement, which will provide detailed guidelines to follow in your marketing and advertising.
    Themed merchandise is not permitted with your license. Details will be outlined in the licensing agreement.
