About The Play

In order to put arts education and our future theatre makers first (the students!), Broadway Licensing Global and its partners have made a strategic decision to open opportunities for schools to have the first crack at this global phenomenon.
The upcoming national tour of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will have no impact on your school's ability to produce the show. We encourage schools to see the touring production when it is in your area.

In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child there are 16 roles for men, 14 roles for women, and 4 where the gender is not specified. Any active high school student can be cast in any role so long as the role stays as written.
We request that you restrict promotion to your local community. You will receive a brand guide as part of your licensing agreement, which will provide detailed guidelines to follow in your marketing and advertising.
